[Normally, Dean wouldn't be up this early, but after having to keep his kids out of the basement all day yesterday, he was ready to get this going. He wasn't going to have anyone ruin this surprise for him, accidentally or otherwise. After making sure he had done his business and wasn't going to crap on his kid's bed, he scooped up the puppy from where he was keeping him, and slowly started to make his way back upstairs.
Easing her door open quietly, he made his way in, placing the puppy down on the edge of the bed, letting him sniff his way up and investigate, and just as he was getting to Maddie's face, Dean could hear Angie starting to stir and cry. Sighing slightly, he turned back to his other daughter's room to take care of her before his wife woke up.
The puppy just continued to sniff around, before starting to lick at Maddie's chin softly.]
